Peter is the President/CEO of the technology consultancy NeuEon Inc. Peter is a serial entrepreneur with experience in bootstrapping, strategic investments and angel financing. His firm specializes in providing guidance and advice to entrepreneurs and established organizations looking to use technologies more effectively.

Peter has a bachelor of science in computer science from Northeastern University. He speaks regularly at business and technology events, seminars and workshops. In 2009, Peter received of a scholarship from the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce to attend the Entrepreneurship Development Program at MIT and currently serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Cape Cod Chamber. Peter is a past chairman of the board of directors for the Cape Cod Technology Council and remains on the board. He also serves on the board of directors of the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board and Junior Tech, the youth educational non-profit dedicated to Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM). Peter is currently on the advisory board of the Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF) and the Charlton College of Business at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Peter is currently General Manager of South Sandwich Village. He serves as Chair on the board of directors for the Sandwich Chamber of Commerce and was on the initial board of directors for the Sandwich Economic Initiative Corporation. Since moving to Cape Cod in 1981, Peter has been instrumental in raising more than $75 million for several New England not-for-profit organizations including Riverview School, Cape Cod Hospital, Cape Cod YMCA, South Shore Hospital and Brockton Hospital. He has also served as a fundraising consultant for dozens of other organizations including the FRIENDS of the Cape Cod National Seashore, Cape Cod Challenger Club, Forward in Health and Sandwich Council on Aging.

Nancy is a 30-year veteran in the field of rehabilitation. She began her career developing hospital and community based rehabilitation programs for persons with brain injuries, both in Indiana and in the Greater Boston Area. Nancy’s career expanded to include leadership positions in all levels of post acute care, including sub acute, outpatient, and home care.

In 1999 Nancy provided consultative services to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and was instrumental in leading the organization from traditional discipline-based care to outcome-oriented care planning and care delivery following the guidelines in the text for which she was co-editor, “Outcome-Oriented Rehabilitation.”

Nancy joined the staff of Spaulding in 2000 as the Associate Director of Ambulatory Services and Director of Spaulding’s Outpatient Campus in Boston. Nancy led the development of Spaulding’s Outpatient Center in Braintree which opened in 2003. Later, she accepted the position of Senior Director of Admissions where she worked hand in hand with referring hospitals to optimize admission opportunities for patients requiring acute rehabilitation. In 2005, Nancy joined Partners Continuing Care as the Director of Referral Relations.

Nancy has worked with key leaders in PHS Case Management and Care Coordination to provide a more integrated approach to the referral and admission process between acute and non acute care. In her current role as Vice President, Nancy is responsibility for referral management, admissions and marketing for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network.

Dr. Butterick is Chief Medical Officer Emeritus of Cape Cod Hospital, where he served as Director of the Medical Staff and Medical Director of Quality and Safety from 2005 until his retirement this year.  Prior to joining CCH and CCHC, Dr. Butterick was employed as Chief Medical Officer with Southcoast Hospitals Group, New Bedford, MA.  He was also Vice President, Medical Affairs, with Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA, and previously with Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.  

Dr. Butterick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Alma College and a Medical Degree from University of Michigan Medical School.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Management from Tulane University School of Public Health. 
Dr. Butterick is a member of the Board of Directors for both the Physician Health Services and Massachusetts Medical Society.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for Lagoon Pond Association and the Board of Directors for the Island Community Chorus, both in Martha’s Vineyard, MA.

Brad Crowell was an engineering officer for pioneering LNG carrier Energy Transportation Corporation, worked with leading energy and transportation companies as a consultant with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), helped create China’s first environmentally-certified ship recycling facility, and now conducts market research—disguised as computer games—for major consumer brands.

Brad is a former member of his town’s Old King’s Highway Regional Historical District, former chair of the Cape Cod Commission, and currently serves on the governing board of the Cape Light Compact. He received a BS in Marine Transportation and Marine Engineering from The United States Merchant Academy, two MS degrees—in Transportation and Ocean Engineering—from M.I.T., and still holds two U.S. Coast Guard licenses: third mate and first engineer.

Ms. Magnanti is the Founder & Chief Healthcare Strategy Officer for Strategic Healthcare Solutions, a New England-based healthcare consulting firm where she brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience helping electronic health records and healthcare IT services organizations, serving physician practices & senior level healthcare executives evaluate and respond to emerging healthcare IT trends and government policy initiatives towards 2015 and beyond.

Paula has served on several healthcare advisory boards and committees. In New England, she has been invited to serve on the healthcare advisory boards for New England Chapter of HIMSS, the Mass Health Data Consortium’s EHR & ICD-10 Forums, the Hartford CIO Forum’s Executive Advisory Council, the Bangor Beacon Community Statewide Advisory Committee, and is a current new member of the SmarterCape Smarter Healthcare Advisory Committee.

Ms. Magnanti is a current Vice Chair of the HIMSS Chapters Task Force Committee, and she still holds a mentoring role as a Past President for the New England Chapter of HIMSS (NE HIMSS) along with serving as the Regional Liaison for the Northeast where she is dedicated to outreach in the New England community as a Regional Connector and contact in the region. For her dedication to the HIMSS community over the past ten years, Ms. Magnanti has been bestowed and honored with the several recognition awards. She received her B.S degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Northeastern University, is a registered Medical Technologist and is board-certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.

Mark W. Watson, is CEO/CIO and Portfolio Manager of Keel Asset Management LLC, a financial advisory firm with offices in Chicago and Cape Cod. At 47 years of age, he has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. Keel Asset Management LLC provides financial planning and investment advisory services to non profits, public, and corporations.

Previously, Mr. Watson served as President and Senior Portfolio Manager of The Kenwood Group, Inc. The Kenwood Group, Inc. is a Chicago based $320 million minority owned institutional investment advisor. Over a three year period, his accomplishments included rebuilding and organizing its five person investment team and
process. Specific management responsibilities included designing job descriptions, hiring personnel, and implementing a team portfolio management structure. Stock selection and sector decisions improved while simultaneously lowering tracking error and portfolio turnover by introducing various quantitative and fundamental tools and refining the investment
process.

Mr. Watson’s other experience includes serving as Managing Director of Equinox Capital Management, LLC in New York City, New York. Equinox Capital Management, LLC was a $14 billion institutional investment advisory firm which managed large cap value products. Mr. Watson was a member of the Stock Selection Committee and the Portfolio Risk Control Committee in addition to being responsible for a nine person marketing /client service team. Accomplishments included directing a team which garnered $2 billion of new assets over two years, management of 155 client relationships, and expansion of the firm’s institutional investment consultant relationships.

Felicia is a native Cape Codder.  She spent her youth teasing tourists, sending them to Chatham to find the bridge to Nantucket.  She is a graduate of Barnstable High School and Northeastern University, where she majored in urban planning and marketing.  

She spent twenty-five years in her family’s retail business, Puritan Clothing Company.  Since leaving that eminent institution, she applied her management talents at CommuniCom, Inc. in Bourne, MA and also The Cape Cod Voice, Orleans, MA.  Felicia has volunteered for countless organizations on Cape Cod, too numerous to mention here.  

Currently she serves as Vice Chair of the Cape Cod Economic Development Council, Chair of the Grants Committee for the CCEDC, is an active Trustee of both the Foundation and Board of Trustees at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and serves on the Planning Board for the Town of Barnstable.   She is passionate about preserving the “charm and character” of Cape Cod.  In her ‘free’ time she likes to golf, garden, cook and sail.  She is married and lives in Hyannis with Joe and Kitty.
