<p>Peter has a bachelor of science in computer science from Northeastern University. He speaks regularly at business and technology events, seminars and workshops. In 2009, Peter received of a scholarship from the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce to attend the Entrepreneurship Development Program at MIT and currently serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Cape Cod Chamber. Peter is a past chairman of the board of directors for the Cape Cod Technology Council and remains on the board. He also serves on the board of directors of the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board and Junior Tech, the youth educational non-profit dedicated to Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM). Peter is currently on the advisory board of the Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF) and the Charlton College of Business at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.</p>

She began her career developing hospital and community based rehabilitation programs for persons with brain injuries, both in Indiana and in the Greater Boston Area. Nancy&#8217;s career expanded to include leadership positions in all levels of post acute care, including sub acute, outpatient, and home care.</p>
<p>In 1999 Nancy provided consultative services to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and was instrumental in leading the organization from traditional discipline-based care to outcome-oriented care planning and care delivery following the guidelines in the text for which she was co-editor, &#8220;Outcome-Oriented Rehabilitation.&#8221;</p>
<p>Nancy joined the staff of Spaulding in 2000 as the Associate Director of Ambulatory Services and Director of Spaulding&#8217;s Outpatient Campus in Boston. Nancy led the development of Spaulding&#8217;s Outpatient Center in Braintree which opened in 2003. Later, she accepted the position of Senior Director of Admissions where she worked hand in hand with referring hospitals to optimize admission opportunities for patients requiring acute rehabilitation. In 2005, Nancy joined Partners Continuing Care as the Director of Referral Relations.</p>
<p>Nancy has worked with key leaders in PHS Case Management and Care Coordination to provide a more integrated approach to the referral and admission process between acute and non acute care. In her current role as Vice President, Nancy is responsibility for referral management, admissions and marketing for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network.</p>

<p>Previously, Mr. Watson served as President and Senior Portfolio Manager of The Kenwood Group, Inc. The Kenwood Group, Inc. is a Chicago based $320 million minority owned institutional investment advisor. Over a three year period, his accomplishments included rebuilding and organizing its five person investment team and<br />process. Specific management responsibilities included designing job descriptions, hiring personnel, and implementing a team portfolio management structure. Stock selection and sector decisions improved while simultaneously lowering tracking error and portfolio turnover by introducing various quantitative and fundamental tools and refining the investment<br />process.</p>
<p>Mr. Watson&#8217;s other experience includes serving as Managing Director of Equinox Capital Management, LLC in New York City, New York. Equinox Capital Management, LLC was a $14 billion institutional investment advisory firm which managed large cap value products. Mr. Watson was a member of the Stock Selection Committee and the Portfolio Risk Control Committee in addition to being responsible for a nine person marketing /client service team. Accomplishments included directing a team which garnered $2 billion of new assets over two years, management of 155 client relationships, and expansion of the firm&#8217;s institutional investment consultant relationships.</p>

<p>She spent twenty-five years in her family’s retail business, Puritan Clothing Company.  Since leaving that eminent institution, she applied her management talents at CommuniCom, Inc. in Bourne, MA and also The Cape Cod Voice, Orleans, MA.  Felicia has volunteered for countless organizations on Cape Cod, too numerous to mention here.  </p>
<p>Currently she serves as Vice Chair of the Cape Cod Economic Development Council, Chair of the Grants Committee for the CCEDC, is an active Trustee of both the Foundation and Board of Trustees at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and serves on the Planning Board for the Town of Barnstable.   She is passionate about preserving the “charm and character” of Cape Cod.  In her ‘free’ time she likes to golf, garden, cook and sail.  She is married and lives in Hyannis with Joe and Kitty.</p>
